‘DYNAMIC GROUPS, DYNAMIC LEARNING’

Offered as a 6 day intensive educational feast or as a 4 day ‘bones’ version, this training course for teachers, trainers, facilitators and group leaders utilizes and models creative facilitation techniques, interactive learning methods, empowerment tools, dynamic group energy and fun. Participants are empowered to develop their confidence, skills, knowledge and a tool box of processes in an exciting, colourful and supportive environment. Robin facilitates these courses all over Australia and internationally by invitation and occasionally organises one in her home community of Crystal Waters.

An adventure in Creative Facilitation, this course is for people who are willing to look past the expert/dominant/hierarchical process called teaching to a more interactive, participatory process of encouraging learning. There will be an emphasis on how we can create environments in which people learn effectively, rather than what facts they should be made to remember.
