Delvin Solkinson’s next awesome publication will be a mega extension of the popular Permaculture Design Deck. This new edition will feature many new cards by Robin Clayfield, Graham Bell and Susan Weed. Robin has contributed heroically to the new edition of this creative resource deck, including sharing a new feature framework that she unpacks in her upcoming book called the ‘Vision Tree’. The Permaculture Design Deck, now 20 years in the making, recently rewritten at sacred places on Delvin and Grace’s Irish honeymoon last September has gone to print at last! Robin’s Dynamic Facilitation course assisted me as a primary and high school teacher to diversify my planning and delivery of educational programs, in a creative and innovative way. Hence, Robin’s program if fundamental for offering alternatives which support differentiation strategies. Robin’s inventive and imaginative learning platforms assist in igniting the classroom environment, enhancing the joy, engagement and love of learning in students. I am particularly fond of Robin’s play base learning methods that encourage critical thinking, creative responsiveness, positive communication, and builds student relationships through partner work and group activities. I am back in France, back in school as a primary teacher. I try to implement some facilitation techniques you taught during the course. Your wild cards inspire me when preparing my class. As a kinaesthetic, remembering the feeling of your course supports me in going to work and doing my best to share a “dynamic” energy with my pupils despite the stressful conditions.
