Patreon Supports New Book Series

Here is an opportunity & invitation to support a pioneering and greatly creative woman in the broadcasting of tools helping humans to be creative and highly functional together! Robin Clayfield has been pushing the limits of creative facilitation and social permaculture for decades. She’s taking it to the next level by documenting the powerful and effective processes she has developed and collected into a book series; providing an empowering reference resource for facilitators and trainers the world round. If you’ve trained with Robin or been in group settings with her, you will know how deeply engaging and uplifting her work is for collectives. Travelling with a Creative Facilitators Resource Toolbox

A creative teachers and facilitators toolbox obviously gets shrunk to a minimum when flying, catching a bus or train, car pooling or cycling to a venue for work. Robin regularly flies around Australia or overseas to offer her Dynamic Groups course and can’t take her usual van load of resources, library books and instruments that she supplies for her course when she’s offering them within driving distance of her home. So what are the essential things she would pack with a 30kg luggage limit which also needs to include clothes and personal items? 1 x 24 pack of coloured felt pens (ask participants to bring some too) 2 x Red, blue, green. orange, light blue, pink, purple. brown Chisel Point Markers (and ask organiser to supply some as well but they often can’t supply this diversity of colours) A calligraphy pen (for writing on certificates) A DVD marking pen 2 …

New Patreon Support Platform for Robin and Dynamic Groups

Robin and her ‘Dynamic Groups, Dynamic Learning’ team are excitedly preparing to launch a Patreon Page at the beginning of May. The aim is to invite and gather support from everyone globally who appreciates and uses the ‘Dynamic Groups’ methodology or who would welcome the tools, ideas, confidence and processes that Robin’s gathered and developed in 25 years of wisdom gathering while training hundreds, probably thousands, of teachers, facilitators and group leaders.  The support will fund assistance for Robin to finish writing a series of five books on the subject and several e-books and mini books plus audio and pod casts, webinars and creative resources.  Fantastic rewards will be offered for those who become Patrons. They will receive the first book in e-book chapters, written as complete mini books as they become available and many interesting and diverse offerings. The more support there is the quicker the books will become available. Likewise, …

Shared Understandings, Vision, Mission Statements + Good Planning

Recently Robin was asked to facilitate a three hour session for a new arm of a training college. Her brief was to support them to come up with an Intention, a Mission Statement and do some Visioning. When considering the difference between a Mission Statement and a Vision Statement Robin felt a definition could be useful and found she could refer to a chapter in her upcoming book that she’d already written to guide her planning.  Here’s the definitions:- Group Purpose – A Groups Purpose is it’s intention or reason for existing. A Mission Statement – Frames up the purpose or intention of the group, business or organisation into a summary of core purpose, aims, values and focus as a way to channel the groups actions, define it’s goals and guide decision making. It says what the group is, what it does, why it exists, and how it does what …
